POSTINO

ABOUT

Postino enables anybody to create and collect digital stamps through the use of generative AI. The vast majority of digital collectibles are about collecting pieces from a single creator, but what is unique about Postino is that it makes it super easy for the average person to create something special. The only skill they need is to compose a prompt, which is no harder than doing a web search. The prompt can be long and complex or it can be a few simple words, but they all generate a unique postmarked stamp that looks good and is consistent across the collection.

Our hope for Postino is to bring back the fun to NFTs. It's meant to be low cost, easy to express what people love, and easy to capture something memetic. It is inherently a collaborative project by enabling anybody to create a Postino stamp, but we also envision it to be collaborative on many levels as the project develops like having guest artists design the postmark for the stamps. We hope Postino stamps are created, shared, collected, and most of all enjoyed by everybody in the community.

What else can you do with a Postino stamp?
